909.12 TREES IN SUBDIVISIONS; PLAN REQUIRED.

Any new street developed in a subdivision by a private developer and dedicated to the Village shall have a tree plan approved by the Village Tree Board. The developer shall post a bond, in an amount to be determined by the Board with Council's approval, for future implementation of the plan. This requirement shall be added to the list of Subdivision Regulations.
