All mailboxes affected by this chapter and along State routes presently or shortly to be improved by the State shall be repositioned upon completion of that portion of the Stateproject fronting their respective properties, but in no case later than November 30, 1965. All mailboxes located along State Route 61 and State Route 42 not affected by the State Highway Department improvements shall be relocated not later than November 30, 1965.
