741.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF FEE.

The Village Council hereby establishes a video service provider (VSP) fee that is calculated by applying a VSP fee percentage of three percent to the video provider's gross revenues as defined in Ohio R.C. 1332.32(B) of the Video Law. All video service providers and cable television operators providing video service in the Village shall apply the VSP fee percentage against gross revenues as defined in the Video Law.
