(a) This chapter shall not apply to the home sale of property publicized solely by classified newspaper advertising which describes or identifies the specific property offered for sale and does not designate the date, hours or location of the sale, other than stating the name, home address or telephone number of the seller.
(b) This chapter shall not apply to nonprofit corporations, churches, schools, associations, clubs or lodges, if such organizations conduct home sales of person-al property donated to them on real estate owned or occupied by such organizations.
(c) This chapter shall not apply to the home sale of personal property made under any court order under authority of a will or trust instrument.
(d) This chapter shall not apply to the home sale of personal property made by a licensed auctioneer at a public advertised auction. However, the licensed auctioneer shall be subject to Section 735.03.
