735.05 PERMIT REQUIRED.

No person shall conduct a home sale without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Mayor's office. Such permit shall only be issued if such sale is con-ducted in conformity with Section 735.03, and such permit shall be posted and visible on the sale premises. There shall be no fee for the permit.
