733.03 EXISTING HOME BUSINESSES.
   (a)   Each person involved in a home business at the time of the enactment of this chapter (Ordinance 1035, passed March 4, 1985) shall not be required to comply with this chapter. However, no such person shall make any future change in such home business, which change does not comply with this chapter.
   (b)   Each person involved in a home business at the time of the enactment of this chapter (Ordinance 1035, passed March 4, 1985) shall complete an application form giving a description of the business and its facilities. Such application will serve to protect such person from being later forced to comply with provisions which are inapplicable to existing home businesses pursuant to sub-section (a)hereof. Upon application, a permit shall be issued at no cost.
