As used in this chapter:
(a) "Accessory building" means any structure located on the same lot as or adjacent to a lot occupied by a dwelling unit, where both the lot occupied by the dwelling unit and the adjacent lot are owned by the same party.
(b) "Dwelling unit" means a structure or part of a structure that is used as a home, residence or sleeping place by one person who maintains a house-hold or by two or more persons who maintain a common household therein.
(c) "Home business" means any activity, other than a residential use, con-ducted for profit, part-time or full-time, in a dwelling unit or in an accessory building.
