Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter or any amendment hereafter adopted to this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than fifteen dollars ($15.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each day's violation of any provision shall constitute a separate offense. The Village Solicitor is further authorized to seek injunctive relief against any violation of any pro-vision of this chapter or of amendments hereto in any proper court.
