(a) A permittee shall maintain a fence around the drilling site in accordance with goodoil field practice. Should a well be a producer, the permittee shall on completion of the well construct a cyclone fence around the well pump and shall thereafter maintain such fence in a good state of repair.
All well pumps shall be operated by electric motors only.

(b) All existing and future tank batteries, separators, drainage pits and all other installations or equipment used at oil well installations located within the corporate limits of the Village shall be surrounded by a fence, which fence shall be of sufficient height and construction to meet with the approval of the Village Oil Well Inspector. The fence shall be maintained in a state of repair satisfactory to the Inspector. The fence shall be of chain link and five feet in height.
