The name, address and telephone number of the person responsible for the operation and maintenance of each producing well located within the Village shall be furnished thePolice Department in order that some responsible person may be reached at any time in the event of an emergency. The Police Chief shall prepare a list of such names and addresses and shall keep the list posted in a conspicuous place in the Police Departmentfor ready reference.
