709.02 CERTAIN ACTS PROHIBITED.

No person, while in the act of distributing circulars, handbills or advertising matter in the Village shall ring a doorbell, knock upon the door or open the door of any dwellingfor the purpose of attracting the attention of an occupant thereof.
