523.11 LITTERING FROM AIRCRAFT.
   (a)   No person in an aircraft shall throw out, drop or deposit within the Municipality any litter, handbill or any other object.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense. For each additional offense within twelve months of the first offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
