(a) No person shall create or cause the creation of any noise, disturbance, vibration, dust, dense smoke, fumes, gas, odors, noxious exhalations or offensive smells which are or may become injurious to the health, comfort, repose, peace, safety or property of others. No person shall discharge or permit the discharge of urine, fecal matter, contents of chemical commodes, kitchen wastes, laundry wastes, slop sink drainage, sewage, septic tank wastes or other putrescible or offensive wastes onto the surface of the ground or other open area, or into any street, alley, road, privy, open excavation, storm water sewer, drainage ditch, watercourse or body of water in the Village.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
