514.08 VIOLATIONS.

(a) No person shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter or knowingly fail to perform any duty required by a proclamation, order or regulation issued and in effect pursuant to this chapter.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
