513.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates Sections 513.02, 513.03, 513.04, 513.05, 513.06, 513.07, 513.08, 513.10 513.11, 513.12, 513.13 shall, in addition to all other penalties set forth in Section 501.99, have their driver's license or commercial driver's license or permit suspended for not less than six months. The maximum suspension will be five years.
