351.157 PARKING OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLES IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.

The parking of commercial vehicles with a gross weight of greater than three tons is prohibited in all residential districts, except those commercial vehicles conveying the necessary tools and materials to premises where labor using such tools and materials is to be performed during the actual time of parking.
