151.03 PAYDAYS DESIGNATED.
   (a)   Compensation of members of Council of the Village shall, from the effective date of this section be paid monthly.
   (b)   The compensation of all volunteer fire-fighters shall be paid semiannually on or about June 1 and December 1 of each year.
