The Village shall not be required to make any financial contribution to the Corporation and nothing in this chapter shall be construed as permitting the Corporation to obligate the Village except as expressly set forth in this chapter. All costs of the Corporation shall be paid solely from the funds of the Corporation and the Village need not contribute any moneys to the Corporation to meet its costs.
