147.05 COMPENSATION; GENERAL DUTIES; BOND AND BENEFITS.

   (a)   The salary of the Village Administrator shall be as determined by Council from time to time per annum, payable in equal biweekly installments during the calendar year.

   (b)   The position of the Village Administrator shall be a full-time position.

   (c)   The duties and responsibilities of the Village Administrator are defined in Section 147.02 and 147.04.

   (d)   The Village Administrator shall give bond in the sum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).

   (e)   The Village Administrator shall receive benefits as provided in Chapter 151.
