143.02 SUBMISSION OF BUDGET ESTIMATE.

The Recreation Director shall submit an estimate of contemplated revenue and expenditures for the ensuing fiscal year to the Village Administrator and file the same before May 1, pursuant to the provisions of Ohio R.C. 5705.28(C)(1).
