Pursuant to the provisions of Ohio R.C. 744.13, Council hereby establishes a Recreation Board for the Village, to be constituted and its members appointed in accordance with Ohio R.C. 755.14, that the Recreation Board is composed of interested citizens, three of which are appointed by the Mayor and two by the Local School Board. The Recreation Board members discuss current issues and make recommendations to the Recreation Director for improving or adding to the youth and adult recreation programs and updates to the facilities with the Village. The Recreation Director reports directly to the Village Administrator. Meetings are open to the public and are held the second Tuesday of each month from March to September at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Municipal Building.
