133.01 ESTABLISHMENT; POWERS AND DUTIES.

The appointed position of Village Fiscal Officer is hereby created. The Village Fiscal Officer shall have those powers, duties, and functions of village clerks and village treasurers provided by the general laws of the State of Ohio. The Fiscal Officer shall have other powers, duties and functions as set forth in ordinances or resolutions of the Council.
