4-3-16: REGULATION; INSTALLATION:

No installation shall be placed within the City, without first complying with City, County and State, and FCC regulations applicable to such installation and shall comply fully with the requirements of the National Electrical Board or such standard setting organization as may hereafter prepare standards for electrical installation.
