The permit holder shall deliver to the office of the City Clerk within thirty (30) days after the issuance of the FCC permit for microwave stations to serve the CATV in the City, a surety bond in the amount of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00), for faithful compliance with the terms of the application, permit and performance under this Chapter.
