4-3-8: SAVE HARMLESS CLAUSE:
The Clerk shall endorse upon the permit the provision that the applicant or permit holder shall covenant and agree to hold the City harmless from any liability whatsoever resulting from the operation under the permit. (Ord. 654, 2-28-66)
