10-1-3: OWNERSHIP, CONTROL AND MANAGEMENT:

The City shall have exclusive and complete ownership, control, and management of the fiber-optic system within all demarcation points, which shall include the device or interface provided for interconnection. The City may make such rules and regulations as are necessary for the operation of the fiber-optic system both inside and outside the City limits. (Ord. 1709, 2-8-2021)
