Each committee shall hold one regular meeting each month during not less than ten (10) months out of each year or may hold quarterly meetings, with at least one meeting each quarter. The decision of whether to hold monthly meetings or quarterly meetings will be made by each committee in January of each year. A majority of the members of each committee shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business at any meeting. All meetings shall be open to the public and subject to all open meeting laws.
No regular meeting shall be held earlier than six o'clock (6:00) P.M. All regular meetings shall be held on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays. All meetings shall be held at the City Hall, if the Council room is available. A written record shall be kept of each meeting, which shall be a public record. The record or minutes of each meeting, together with suggestions or recommendations for the Mayor's and Council's consideration, shall be submitted in writing by the Secretary to the City Clerk within ten (10) days following each meeting.
