2-1-9: CONFLICT WITH OTHER LAWS:

This chapter shall not be construed in any manner as infringing upon any authorization previously granted to any other commission or board of the city, but all departments and officials of the city shall cooperate with the planning and zoning commission for the purpose of coordinating the efforts and functions of all departments, commissions and boards of the city. (Ord. 727, 11-22-1971)
