9-1-6: REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; EFFECTIVE DATE:

All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this title or inconsistent with the provisions of this title are hereby repealed to the extent necessary to give this title full force and effect. This title shall become effective from and after the date of its approval, adoption, and publication as provided by law. (Ord. 1628, 1-12-2015)
