It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, association or partnership to operate any railroad rolling stock (train) within the City limits of the City, at a speed in excess of forty-five (45) miles per hour. Any violation shall subject the offender to penalties in accordance with Section 1-4-1 of this City Code. (Ord. 1078, 5-11-87; 1990 Code)
