8-4-12: STREETS IN NEW SUBDIVISIONS:

The streets in new subdivisions shall not be allowed to be cut for three (3) years from the date the city accepts the subdivision. Emergency cases will be reviewed on a case by case basis. In all nonemergency cases, a nonrefundable fee of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) shall be charged. (Ord. 1440, 3-27-2006)
