7-7-7: MEASUREMENT OF SOUND:

If the measurement of sound is made with a sound level meter, it shall be an instrument in good operating condition, and shall meet the requirements for a type I or type II instrument as described in the American National Standards Institute specifications. (Ord. 1002, 12-13-1982)
