It shall be unlawful to allow a public nuisance to continue. It shall be the duty of all occupants or owners of real property within the City to: a) trim trees or shrubbery that interfere with vehicular or pedestrian travel; b) trim or remove all trees and shrubbery in excess of three feet (3') in height located in the vision triangle; and c) treat or remove any trees, shrubbery, or plants that are damaged, diseased, or insect-ridden as to constitute a hazard.
