7-6-1: DECLARATION OF NUISANCE:
Any trees, shrubbery or other plants are hereby declared a public nuisance if: a) any portion of them interferes with vehicular or pedestrian traffic in a public right of way, including the vision triangle; or b) they are diseased, damaged, or insect-ridden so as to constitute a threat to life or property.
