A. It shall be unlawful to operate a motor vehicle on any city property, street, pathway or any other public place that has been posted by the city of Mountain Home with a sign stating that such operation is prohibited. Violation of this provision shall be an infraction except as specified below.
B. If violation of this section results in damages in the posted area, said violation shall be a misdemeanor.
C. This section shall not apply to motor vehicles operated by the city of Mountain Home, vehicles authorized by the city engaged in maintenance or construction activities or authorized emergency vehicles as defined in Idaho Code 49-123(2)(b) when those vehicles are used in an authorized capacity.
D. Motor vehicle shall be defined as in Idaho Code 49-123(2)(g). (Ord. 1474, 5-29-2007)
