6-2-12: URINATING IN PUBLIC PROHIBITED:
It shall be unlawful for any person to urinate or defecate on any public street, public sidewalk, the floor of any public building or in any other place open to or used by the public, except designated restrooms. (Ord. 1142, 12-20-1990)
