The building and zoning official shall have the authority to investigate complaints for violations of this title, conduct inspections, issue written warnings and issue citations on an Idaho uniform citation form pursuant to the Idaho misdemeanor rules and Idaho infraction rules, in addition to any other authority authorized in this title or in a code adopted by this title.
