5-1-2: DUTIES OF BUILDING OFFICIAL:
It shall be the duty of the building official to enforce the provisions of this chapter. This person shall be certified by the International Code Council and shall have and maintain a current commercial and residential certification. It shall be unlawful for anyone to obstruct the building official or his designee in the performance of his or her duty. (Ord. 1528, 6-22-2009)
