4-6-17: VIOLATIONS AND PENALTY:

A. Violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be punishable as set forth in title 1, chapter 4 of this code and by state law.

B. In addition to any criminal enforcement, the city or any individual may pursue any available civil remedies deemed appropriate and necessary. (Ord. 1591, 12-27-2012)
