No person shall ride or operate a skateboard, roller skates, scooter, in-line skates, bicycle, or other wheeled recreation equipment on any City of Mountain Home owned property, including public ornamental surfaces, trees or shrubs, parking areas, street curbs, handrailing, picnic tables, benches, fountain areas, splash pads, playground equipment, planters, sculptures, signage, stage/performance area, public art exhibits, city equipment or other structures unless otherwise specifically designated for such activity. A violation of this Section shall be deemed an infraction, punishable as set forth in Title 1-4-1(b) of Mountain Home City Code. (Ord. 1769, 3-27-2023)
