For the purposes of this article the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:
(a) "Club" means any bona fide social, fraternal or business club operating for profit.
(b) "Distributor" means any person, firm, association, partnership or corporation other than a manufacturer or brewer, jobbing or distributing nonintoxicating beer as a retailer at wholesale.
(c) "Manufacturer" or "brewer" means any person, firm, association, partnership or corporation manufacturing in this State nonintoxicating beer for sale at wholesale.
(d) "Nonintoxicating beer" means all cereal malt beverage or products of the brewing industry commonly referred to as beer, lager beer, ale and all other mixtures and preparations produced by the brewing industry and containing not more than four and two-tenths percent (4.2%) of alcohol by weight, or six percent (6%) by volume whichever is greater.
(e) "Original container" means the bottle or sealed container in which nonintoxicating beer is placed at the place of manufacture.
(f) "Retailer" means any person selling, serving, delivering or otherwise dispensing nonintoxicating beer at his establishment and licensed place of business.
