§ 162.003 LOCATION OF POOL.
   (A)   Compliance with zoning provisions; nuisance prohibited. Any outdoor swimming pool, its fencing or barriers, its pumps, filters, heating units or any other noise-making mechanical equipment, as well as the use of the pool, shall be solely located in the backyard of an authorized premises not less than ten feet from any property line and not less than three feet from any other building or structure. Pools and associated mechanical equipment shall be maintained so as not to constitute an unattractive, public or private nuisance. Swimming pools shall be located on property in a manner so as to comply with all applicable provisions of Ch. 160 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Utility easements. Pools shall not be located within any utility easement or be over or under any utility lines.
