(A) Plan review. No person shall begin construction of either an indoor or outdoor swimming pool without first having submitted plans and specifications to the Building Official for review and approval.
(B) Issuance of permit; fee. Upon approval, a permit shall be issued to the applicant upon payment of the required permit fee as established per the city’s approved fee schedule.
