§ 162.001 DEFINITION.
   A SWIMMING POOL is any structure, basin, chamber or tank containing an artificial body of water for swimming, diving or recreational bathing, more than 150 square feet in area and/or over 24 inches in depth, built of any material and located above or below ground.
