§ 160.014 ENFORCEMENT.
   This chapter shall be administered and enforced by the City Administrator or a designee as approved by the City Council, who is hereby designated as the Zoning Administrator. The Zoning Administrator may institute in the name of the city any appropriate actions or proceedings against a violator as provided by statute, Charter or code.
