§ 153.007 TRANSPORTING WOOD; PERMITTING REQUIREMENTS.
   It is unlawful for any person to transport within the city any bark-bearing wood, pursuant to this subchapter, which is known by the Tree Inspector, without first having obtained a permit from the city. The Tree Inspector may grant such permit only when the purposes of this subchapter will be served thereby.
