§ 153.002 INSPECTION AND INVESTIGATION.
   (A)   Inspection. The Tree Inspector shall inspect all premises and places within the city as often as practicable, but not less than that required by the state, to determine whether any condition described in § 153.003(A) of this chapter exists thereon. The Tree Inspector may investigate all incidents of infestations by Dutch elm fungus, elm bark beetles, oak wilt fungus, emerald ash borer or any other non-native invasive pests, epidemic diseases or other factors which are potentially contributory to the spread of tree disease and pests.
   (B)   Right of entry. The Tree Inspector may enter upon private premises at any reasonable time for the purposes of carrying out any of the duties assigned to the Tree Inspector under this subchapter.
