§ 150.036 COMPLIANCE WITH BUILDING CODE PROVISIONS.

   All of the provisions of §§ 150.001 through 150.007 and 150.050 through 150.054 of this chapter will be applicable to any building being moved into the city.

   (A)   Building permit required. Buildings larger than 200 square feet must meet the provisions of the state’s Building Code and the owner or agent shall obtain a building permit from the city’s Building Official.

   (B)   Zoning permit required. Buildings 200 square feet or less are exempt from the provisions of this subchapter.
