§ 111.103 LOCATION REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Zoning compliance. A body art establishment must be operated in a location that is in conformance with Ch. 160 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Private residences. No place licensed by the state as a body art establishment shall be located within a private residence.
   (C)   Mobile establishments. Mobile body art establishments are prohibited.
