§ 110.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating any provision of § 110.002 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

   (C)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 110.015 through 110.030 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

   (D)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 110.045 through 110.055 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
